School bus camera bill H.4940 signed into law

Massachusetts cities/towns can now put stop-arm cameras on their school buses to capture illegal passing violations.
This new law enforcement tool allows local police to use video evidence to issue citations to offenders of the existing no passing law.

"The new law shall only become effective after consent by the applicable district, through a vote of a majority of its governing school committee. "
